WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States 
only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the 
future.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION TIME
Because every book is fully personalized — calculating 
your child's real birth chart and designing every page 
around it — please allow up to 2 weeks for us to design 
and prepare your book before it goes to print.

GIFT ORDERS
If you purchased this as a gift with birth details to be 
added later, design time begins once those details are 
submitted through our Redeem Your Gift page — not at the 
time of original purchase.

SHIPPING COST
A flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies to all US orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Once your book is designed and sent to print, delivery 
typically takes 5 to 7 business days. You'll receive a 
shipping confirmation email with tracking information as 
soon as it's on its way.

TOTAL TIME TO ARRIVE
Altogether, please expect up to 2 weeks for design, plus 
5 to 7 business days for shipping, from the time of your 
order (or from when gift details are submitted).

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 
a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at 
hello@theskythatmadeyou.com and we will help resolve 
the issue.
